Talia and Lisi!Three Beth Shalom kids are at the NFTY National Convention in Washington, D.C., this weekend: Lisi Kent-Isaac, Talia Shifron and Abby Shifriss.
Lisi and Talia are on the regional NFTY board, and Abby is president of the local chapter.
Lisi and Talia went early for a board meeting, and Abby went early and stayed the night at brother Adam's apartment, also visiting Baron Hill's office in the Cannon House Office building, where Adam is working. After a Friday morning trip to the National Gallery, she went back on the Metro to Reagan National Airport to join up with the NFTY kids and get a bus to the convention hotel.
